The Kitchn Kelli Foster ============= I checked on line for oatmeal cookies and on Kraft food i found recipes of users: some of them had their no bake oatmeal cookies recipe: i wanted to give a try:  3tbs cocoa 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup margarine or butter (I used grape seed oil as i want to avoid both) 1/2 cup milk all the above put in pot and blend then in cake mixer bowl pour it and add the following ingredients: 1/3 cup peanut butter 1/2 tsp vanilla (i used Amaretto) 1 1/2 cups oatmeal drop spoon size on wax paper - refridge 10-15 min  My notes: it stayed soft even the day after and no, it wasn't like a cookie. It was so soft and delicious though. Next time i will add the amount of oatmeal and see if it will be firmer. Will get back about this later. In the meantime there is a nice batch of oatme
