I have taken notes of this cookies recipe (add my notes once I try it:
2 cups of flour (I usually use whole wheat, half and the other half chestnut flour or any other flour)
1 cup sugar (i use usually 1/2 of it, brown sugar)
3 egg whites
1 cup apple sauce
2 diced apples
1 tsp b.p.
1 tsp cinnamon
This seems to be another recipe:
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 b.p.
vanilla
