- 1/2 cup honey (or pure maple syrup)
- 1 3/4 cup mashed ripe banana (about 3 1/2 large or 5 medium bananas)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups white whole wheat flour ((250 grams), or regular whole wheat or all-purpose flour)
