Feb 12, 2021: on twitter: 𝙳𝚛 𝙿𝚞𝚗𝚊𝚖 𝙺𝚛𝚒𝚜𝚑𝚊𝚗 @DrPunamKrishan · Feb 11 Fact: Vaccine side effects are better than getting COVID. I’ve had patients decline the vaccine due to fear of side effects Yes, the vaccine can make you feel a bit groggy (achey arm, headache, fever) but these are transient & a sign that your immune system is responding well. Howard Griffiths @HowardGriffiths Replying to @DrPunamKrishan We are looking for reassurance...Our 78 year old father had his Oxford AstraZeneca 1st jab 27th January. He has been extremely tired ever since. He has numerous medical conditions & very low platelets but normally active. He seems to be fading. 18 days on is this normal? Folded hands

@JohnKeith53 · Feb 14 Replying to @DrPunamKrishan My wife and I both had the Astrazeneca vaccine on Friday. Little reaction in me, slight headache, but my wife said she got the shivers and felt very cold in the night. She is convinced she had Covid last February, so I wonder if this could be a factor?

Sheetal Jogia @jogia_sheetal · Feb 12 Replying to @DrPunamKrishan Yup, can definitely vouch for that. Had my vaccination two days ago and suffered with a few side effects, temperature and body aches. Paracetamol and rest will get you back on your feet. As someone who had COVID 19, Would rather have a few days of side effects.

@lufc2106 Replying to @DrPunamKrishan I think they should be advising people to book a couple of days of work after have the vaccine. Because these so called mild symptoms absolutely wiped me out for 3 days. Think I had the worst headache I have ever had in my life. Those we definitely not mild symptoms. 12:35 PM · Feb 14, 2021

Paula Gresty Blue heart @3xabridesmaid · Feb 12 Replying to @DrPunamKrishan I agree completely, I have severe asthma and on critically vulnerable list, I had my first covid jab about 2 weeks ago, Astra Zeneca, I was delighted to get the side effects, can’t wait for next jab! People have the jab please ===========================
feroze jamall @ferozejamall · Feb 12 Why risk a reaction when they can be adequately protected in the care home? The vulnerable should be isolated/protected as in any case u have to still follow all SOP's because even with the vaccine you can still get the virus and pass it on so something does not add up here! =================================
caroline @cazaline7 · Feb 12 Replying to @DrPunamKrishan Had vaccine last week as CEV.12 hours later just had sore arm , heavy legs and shattered! 12 hours later side effects were gone. I would rather have had that than COVID!
