here is one of the basic recipes:
The dough:
2 cups flour
1 tbs dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbs oil
1/2 cup warm water
MEAT:
1 lb ground beef lamb etc
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch cilantro (optional, we didn't use it)
2 tomatoes
hot chili pepper to taste - Aleppo pepper
1 tbs paprika
1 tbs: blk pepper,clove,ginger,nutmeg
4 oz pine nuts (optional)
2 tbs olive oil
10-15 min in 400degrees oven

dough measurements
3 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
pinch salt
oil for frying (try to bake and see how it works out)
spice up ground beef and spread on the small circle flattened doughs
